How can I get my money back from fake crypto?

I was unfortunately swindled out of approximately 7 lakhs by a homeopathic practitioner I knew. He introduced me to another person who claimed to invest my hard-earned money in a fake cryptocurrency that turned out to be worthless. Despite lodging complaints with the local police station in Bandra, the online cyber police portal, and the online Mumbai police portal seven months ago, there has been no progress on my case. The authorities seem disinterested. What further steps can I take to seek justice in this matter? FIR is already lodged in Bandra Police station and i have met ACP, DCP , Joint CP as well.
