How can one effectively connect with cyber security experts?

My friend had a student, who said he was suicidal and she befriended him out of pity but he was obsessed with her. He later on hacked her phone, all her social media and deleted the actual material which could have been used against him. Basically he erased things in favour of her, and edited/photoshopped screenshots and images which tarnished her reputation and made her seem like a predator. Post confrontation, he hanged himself, my friend was arrested immediately. The case is ongoing fasttrack. Her life is destroyed. She lost her dignity, her family and friends. She is out on bail but the emotional and mental harrasment never stopped. The world has decided she blackmailed him and made him take his own life. Her lawyer is as helpless as I am. Nobody is ready to listen to her side of the story. In 3 years, she begged for medical test to prove her purity but was denied. She asked for cyber experts to restore her and his phone data but that never happened. Any advice would be helpful.
