How do I deal with the false case U/S 354 of the IPC?

Dear sir, My ex girlfriend is chatting with me through Instagram app. She is daily call to me and SMS me. Both are chat sexual chat . She is taken screenshot but I am delete each and every message. She is cheating on me. And complaint against me. She filed FIR under section 354A and 354D. I am staying in another state. she is staying another state. Kindly guide us sir.
