How to file a complaint against a police inspector in India?
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Vijayakumar from Ainavilli mandal, Ainavilli. Police(SI Ainavilli) stopped me at Vilasa village when I was going to Amalapuram to verify my vehicle documents. I stopped my scooty to answer them. SI was speaking in a worst way with me and my wife which hurt us. He charged 535 rupees from us and did not provide any receipt and said no receipt available. They tried to take my vehicle keys and they were speaking in a worst way. Do they have rights to speak in non-verbal words with me and with my wife? Please lodge a complaint against him. His name is Nageswara Rao, Ainavilli SI.
You can raise such complaint to the Senior Officials. The police officer irrespective of the post has no rights to talk in worst way or to hurt you.
