Is it any crime to talk to someone about their caste?
Talking about any specific caste is crime but what if we just talk privately between two people about any caste related issue and someone record it? Can that person file police complain regarding it?

Talking about caste is not a crime. But Abusing persons touching their case is an offence. If such abuse is pertaining to Schedule caste/Schedule tribe , then it is a non bailable offence.
