Is it possible to get bail after conviction?

Sir, my brother has been found guilty in a case of 2015 in which he has been accused of doing fraud with his friend and the judge has sentenced him for 7 years imprisonment and 10000 rs fine. Earlier it would be easy but now he has been married and having 2 children. Kindly guide me to get him bail at the earliest.

Following a conviction, the convicted party may appeal the decision to a higher court, typically the Supreme Court or the High Court, depending on the jurisdiction of the case. An application for bail may be filed in addition to the appeal. If there are strong grounds to reverse the conviction or sentence, or if the appeal has a reasonable possibility of success, bail may be granted. Other elements might also be taken into account, like as the inmate's conduct during the trial or any health concerns.
