Legal action against a psychiatrist
I have been undergoing domestic violence and a psychiatrist is involved. I recently came to know that I was given harmful chemicals in food. These are very harmful drugs prescribed by this psychiatrist. I have never consulted this psychiatrist and he has never seen me. Without ever examining me he has written prescriptions for me since 2.5 years. And because of his prescriptions only the people who are doing domestic violence were able to get the harmful drugs from pharmacy. The drugs were given to me since 2.5 years mixed in food without my knowledge. The psychiatrist kept increasing doses and adding more drugs without ever examining and observing me. I have developed serious incurable auto immune disorders as side effects. My body has been spoiled mentally and physically because of these drugs. What legal action can I take against this psychiatrist for writing poisonous prescriptions without ever seeing me and giving me drugs without my knowledge ?
You can file a medical malpractice complaint against this doctor and you can also go to the consumer forum .
But the best behaviour is under I.P.C. So please kindly keep all your reports and records so that you can have all these evidences .
Submit a complaint to the magistrate and the Medical Association.
You can also complain to nearest police station and SP about all your incident, and also complain to women cell for dowry and domestic voilence against your husband, reading above your matter, you can impose many sections of IPC against the Doctor and your husband.
