Maliciously charge of 307 under section 164

Respected sir/madam,In 2017 I was falsely implicated under sec 307 of IPC..and further more statement under 164 has also been made against me along with other accused..all accused has taken anticipatory bail except me, I concerning my character certificate did not take any bail..the thana since then has been compromising with me and the one who made charges against me was murdered by some other party that party was convicted and put behind bar since then..I don't have any substantial evidence to prove myself and because of family dispute he intentionally took my name in his 164 statement..challan has not been presented in court since 2018..please show me way out
