I live in Kolkata my friend bought a bike on finance but bike is in my name as he didint has the documents but after the loan completion he didn't transferred the name and on sep 2021 he ran away with the bike but since then he is delaying and ignoring me and not transferring the name what should I do

Hello sir,
First foremost you should talk to him to transfer the name on his name, if he denies then you should send a legal notice to him for the transfer, and if he dont do that particular you can complain to nearest Police Station.
