Prepared a forged unregistered Sale agreement and lodged false FIR

The complainant had taken the Xerox copy of my mother's Aadhar card with my mother's signature. Copied the same signature and prepared a forged unregistered sale Agreement of our land with my mother's false signature and false FIR had been lodged against us. The investigation was completed by the police station; the case was found to be false by police; the forensic report was provided and the final report is submitted to the court and also to initiate 182/211, a separate application by SHO was submitted. Complainant has been submitted protest petition in court. The Court has accepted the final form and has approved and dismissed Section 182/211 initiated by the SHO and the Court has held that since the protest petition is submitted before the final form submission, on the basis of protest petition criminal court case is registered.
