Yes as Article 22(2) guarantees the right of the arrested person to consult a lawyer of his own choice. Section 38 of BNSS gives the right to accused to consult an advocate of his own choice and he is also entitled to meet advocate of his own choice during interrogation, though not throughout the interrogation
