Publishing NSFW Content (Need Advice) !
Hello, I am a 3D artist and i make animations, illustrations and comics which are often nsfw. I wanted to know if it's safe publishing them on US based platforms like Patreon, Subscriberstar and Buy Me A Coffee. What I'm worried about is Section 292 and 67 of IT Act, which forbids distribution of obscene material. I can somewhat censor my animations and artwork but I'm still unsure if that's enough to keep me out of legal trouble. Hope someone can give me advice on this. Edit : Also, the animations I'm talking about are nothing but PNG file (and the image itself looks sfw), and the animation is blurred (although you can remove it easily) (and also you need a custom software to run them). In that scenario, will obscenity law apply to it ?

As per your question sir, according to IT act any obscene material when published by any person in form of docs, paper, e-form, pamplet etc. and the person publishing it generates revenue and earn money and also those obscene material published hampers the public intrest or create any havoc then such publishers will be punished. rather than such published stuff is for the public welfare or any educational or any such kind of purposes.
