Quashing of DV case

My marriage year is 2008, and disputes between me and my wife was started in 2013, she is living separately since 2013, I am paying maintenance and educational expenses of my daughter . She filed DV case in 2015 and she is not leading evidence as the application filed by us in July 2019 under section 91 Crpc is still pending for reply. Pls suggest I have all the evidence, can we go for dv quashing
