Recover money

Three years ago, I gave money to my friend of 25,000 rupees during the pandemic. Every time I asked her, she talked about some personal problems and couldn't return the amount that she borrowed. Please be patient for a few months. So I waited for the time she said it and asked again and she always has some reason. After that she started not answering my calls. When I went to her house and met her in person, she still said the same thing and said she was trying to sell her land for repay.
