Threatening me for filing a case against me
My girl friend is threatening me for about 2 years now i fed up and broke up with her . She filed a complaint and acused me for that i promise her to marry her. Also she forces me to marry her . A constable threatens me that case is strong u will find guilty he did not listen to me . She blame me for that i help her to abort the child in 2019 and 2022 december: but this all is fake

Hello sir,
If you have the proof that the case is fake then you can approach to the High Court to get the FIR quashed and once the FIR is quashed then you can file the suit of defamation against him,
