Police filed Ncr in a case where victim got 6 stiches in head at multiple places and government hospital says he has been hit by sharp and hard object. Under which section shall victim make complaint to magistrate 156(3) or 155(2). What to do when police filed ncr in 323 instead of fir in 307? Please suggest.
