What can I do if a police officer is harassing me?
I was going on bike at around 3 am on 13 May 2023 to a shop to buy something , head constable of Delhi police stopped me and asked where I am going and told me remove my bike from their way , to this I said that I am going to a shop. After this they harassed me after 2 min. of talking they slapped me after which I recorded a video of them. Then after making sure that I delete that video they let me go . But the video of those two officers was not deleted I want to file a complaint WHAT SHOULD I DO
