What can I do if I am fined by the police without being told why?
My Father was called by the police to the police station because one person in the police custody said that he had purchased a theft phone from the theft in front of my father. Police told my father give the statement but my father was not sure about the same. But the police officer told my father to pay Rupees 5000 if he don't want to do so and last he paid 2000 Rupees to the officer .I don't know for what he charged. kindly give the answer
