What can I do if I have been raped or sexually assaulted?

I was violently Raped in the British controlled state of Indiana. Over 300 Indiana lawyers were contacted and refuse to take my case contingency. As a result of 11 cocaine dealers that were never arrested or convicted is the base of the Rape and the worst negligent Policing imaginable. The City’s of Whiting and Hammond Indiana Police are inept and alcoholics as are the Mayor’s of those two cities. The Police refuse to make illegal drug arrests. They are the most incompetent police on earth. I have been to five other countries for aid. Please insure the death of Timothy Cummings who violently Raped me is killed as well as his parents.
