What can I do if someone assaults me and my family?
Uncle's wife, son and daughters assaulted my mom and dad. My dad has limping in one leg and so couldn't protect mom. They assaulted in public buy bamboo sticks. Later I filed an FIR and recorded witnesses. They also filed a false FIR regarding same issue that we have assaulted. We have got our MLC done and all the medicals are done. Now they are intimidating us that they have bribed the judge into removing the accused name in the complaint and so they will not be taking action against the accused. Is it possible?
