What can I do if someone does not pay back my money?
It happened two years ago during covid time. I was working at a NBFC. Unfortunately i was laid off from my job during covid as my company was doing cost cutting. I met my childhood friend at a bank. He promised me if i pay him 270000 rupees, he would manage to get a contractual job at state govt office. I gave him this money in 6 installments. He did not help me get this job and now he is not returning my money. What to do?
