What can I do when someone is threatening me to implicate me in a false court case?
Hello, I was in a relationship with a girl for the last six years, and recently she filed a police complaint against me. When I came to know she was sexually engaged 3-4 guys including her cousin I abused her over whats app and emails and threatened her to tell her father all this. She also abused me a lot. I know two guys she cheated on them too. She and her friend work as a professional gang. Please suggest a way to counter her complaint. Whether she can file rape case against me? please suggest. She has my money, gifts etc. Can I claim to get at least my money back? Abuse of any girl can make a cause to send anyone into a Jail?
