What documents are required for passport PCC?
I have been discharged in false allegation against me . In the court orders, I have been asked to pay surety and bond under section 437 A which is due on October 31, 2023. My lawyer is saying that he will get the early date to furnish the bond (i.e. in September 1st week) However, I applied for a passport on Monday but my police verification report is under review at PSK. Is there anything else I need to get from the court like NOC to get a passport and PCC? I have been asked to come to the regional passport office for an enquiry. FYI,I have mentioned in the application that there is no pending criminal proceeding.
