What happens when a case is disposed in High Court?

The case is that a person died by suicide, written my father's name on suicide note and one more person. So sections are 306, 506 and 34 IPC. Our advocate make the case disposed from high court but the case is under trial by session or district court. Now how the case will disposed from session court and what i should do?
