Punishment for forgery is for two years however based on the discretion of the court and gravity of the matter court can only impose fine as punishment. Surrendering yourself is maybe not the best option. Forgery of signatures on official documents is crime, and  punishment can include fines and imprisonment, surrendering yourself may show remorse but doesn't guarantee a specific outcome. for further enquiry contact us.
