What is the punishment for violation of privacy?

I HAVE WON THE EX-PARTE DECREE OF DIVORCE ON 24.04.2017 BASED ON CRUELTY AND DELIBERATE/WILLFUL DESERTION U/S 13(1)(ia)(ib) - PROVEN. I AND MY PARENTS HAVE WON THE 498A, 406, 34 OF THE IPC R/W SECTION 4 OF THE DP ACT ON 27.04.2023 - QUASHED AND ACQUITED BY THE HON'BLE CALCUTTA HIGH COURT. THE EX-WIFE HAS FILED CRPC 125 WHICH IS 4 YEARS AFTER THE EX-PARTE DECREE OF DIVORCE ORDER DATED 24.04.2017. SHE IS ILLEGALLY CLAIMING TO BE MY LEGALLY MARRIED WIFE EVERYWHERE WHICH IS NOT ONLY A CRIMINAL OFFENCE BUT ALSO A VIOLATION OF MY RIGHT TO PRIVACY. THE HON'BLE CALCUTTA HIGH COURT HAS ALSO ADMITTED THE EX-PARTE DECREE OF DIVORCE ORDER PASSED ON 24.04.2017 WHILE QUASHING THE 498A. HOW TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE EX-WIFE? I GOT RE-MARRIED ON 04.05.2018 UNDER THE SPECIAL HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1954 AND HAVE BEEN LIVING HAPPILY EVER SINCE. ACTUALLY THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT OF POLICE / COURT AS I AM HAPPILY MARRIED FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS BUT THE EX-WIFE IS VIOLATING OUR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY.

Your wife is using the ground of marriage laws. Basically, the marriage law says that before getting any other marriage it is necessary for that there is dissolution of first marriage under sec 13 of HMA or through divorce with proper settlement. Due to lack of settlement and divorce your wife is raising such kind of cases. You can contact Lead India to know more in details or for the expert solutions, ensuring satisfaction through effective legal counsel and problem-solving.
