Will a marital dispute criminal case affect my job opportunities?

I was in a love relationship with a girl & eventually we both decided to secretly marry each other at temple & afterwards we both married secretly at temple without informing anything to our parents & marriage was solemnised. After some days, there was some disturbance & dispute arose between me & my wife. Afterwards, she absconded suddenly breaking all contacts with me for which I lodged a Sec-9 petition at family court, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Then my wife lodged a FIR alleging heinous & false allegations against me where main IPC sections in the FIR were 354-A, 354-D, 509, 506. further I was illegally arrested & forwarded to custody for 2 days & got bail from magistrate. Now, I have applied for quashing of charge sheet at High Court where high court has admitted my quashing case & further stayed the trial. Currently am looking for a good job in MNCs, so will this criminal case arising out of my marital & family dispute affect my career or job?
