Will new CRPC and Evidence Act apply to post-July cases?
In India new 3 laws have been implemented, since crimes of upto 30th June will be under old IPC itself, but on such cases if the case is filed after 1st July the new crpc and new evidence act will be applied right?

Sir, the crimes committed up to June 30, 2023 will be governed by the old IPC. However, if a case is filed after July 1, 2023 then the new CrPC and Evidence Act will apply to those proceedings. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
