498A Compromise and Adivse

Hi Sir, I have got mail from HR on my MNC new job. They sent me mail on 11 Oct 22 with regard to 498a and DV. 498a was filed on 26 mar 21, after getting counselling at station we were living together till today more than 12 month from Fir date. And now I shocked to this mail from Hr. Police officers or AO dint informed me about trails and when I asked him he told I have trail next month. Now both of us deceived to get compromise and get is closed in court by filling memo in advance before court as HR asking for court order. Now I have a doubt, will this compromise makes me that I am guilty on record of Hr bcz, it was not made as false case. Or do my wife need to tell before megistrate make false case?
