498a Quash regarding
I am fromMangalore who married a girl from kerala. Immediately after marriage I moved to the USA where I was working while leaving her at her parents house. Two months later i got her Visa and took her to the USA with me. We cohabitated for less than 6 months. She created ruccus and left me in the USA. On her return she filed 498a and wrote to my employer that resulted in my job. 498a was filed in a rural place with no connection to marriage. Further she filed a host of family cases in her hometown. Family court cases were over. Judgements given, In her family court affidavits and on cross examination she has given details that are entirely different from the affidavit filed on 498a. 1. Jurisdiction is not right 2. Contradiction on her affidavits My question is, can I go for a quash in high court?
