Alimony in divorce
Hi, I am a working woman and my husband doesn’t earn but has enough property. We have a son whose entire financial responsibility is on me and will get his custody as the father has been convicted of negligence. Recently, I filed a domestic violence case against my husband. In this scenario if I file for a divorce do I have to pay alimony to my husband.

as per the law the alimony would be decided by the court if the husband is able to maintain himself you are not liable to pay any kind of alimony to him, if he is phyysically and mentally fit and the description of property shows that he is well established and can lead to a prosperous life then you are not liable to pay any kind of alimony ot him, looking upon all the circumstances and fact the decision will be totally on the court.
