Birth Certificate and Passport for child born live in relationship
How can I get passport and birth certificate for my child born out of live in relationship if we are not married? I cannot find suitable law and sub-law sections in this form and so I'm randomly picking titles.
if child born in live-in relationship he has the equal rights as of other child has. In order to make passport and birth certificate both the biological parents should be present at the time of passport registration, both parents name should be entered during passport registration after the declaration is observed the parents have to sign the annexure D. And in the declaration both the parents has to mention that the child was born in relationship without marriage.
