Buying property in maiden name for separated women
Can married (currently separated women from husband, leaving with parents) buy property in maiden name? Can she keep her father as coowner in property? I am separated from my husband since few months. And we have finalized to go for divorce(Not yet filed). I am having good deal of property to buy. Can I go ahead and buy the property in my maiden name?

yes you can buy the property in her maiden name, as she can also have her own independent income, or any such investment she may buy property with he self name, and if she dont have money then she can also arrange the money and buy property for herself.
