You can get married under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. You need NOC as one of the parties is not Indian, the registrar may request a “no objection letter” and proof of termination of any prior marriages. You need to give a 30-day notice to the marriage registrar in the area where one of you has resided for at least 30 days

Sir, if you need to perform court marriage under a Special Marriage Act you must submit the proper NOC and divorce decree of a muslim girl to the local marriage registrar office. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer who will assist you with the procedure of adopting a child. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
