Can a wife get both alimony and maintenance?

I m married since 2 months. My husband used to beat me for dowry.5 times he beats me then finally when he tried to hard me very hard on my eye I got admitted to a hospital I have MLR report with me. I want guidance what to do next I want alimony and maintenance .He used me so much that I m pregnant now. I m emotionally physically and mentally tortured. I have filled a police complaint. But nothing happened. Then I go to SSP then he called Women Police station SHO. Now please what action I can take in this matter. Domestic violence case I can file or else what should I do? What I will do the baby? What I will do about our marriage of 2 months? How would I get my alimony and maintenance? There is no home for me to live. He totally spoiled my life physically mentally emotionally he used me.
