By virtue of Muslim Personal Law, a man may take more than one wife while keeping the first one un-divorced. Muslim males have permission to hold multiple marriages concurrently, while making just dealings for both wives. However, getting a lawyer is wise, as it allows you to think about the legal issues and possible implications, such as getting permission from the first wife, in accordance with your marriage contract. If you plan to remarry, then it is only natural to navigate the legal proceedings pertinent to your current marriage, with the aim of sidestepping any potential complications down the line.

Sir, you cannot marry legally before mutual divorce, you must complete the mutual divorce process and obtain divorce decree from court of law. After obtaining divorce decree you can remarry with Muslim girl. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer who will assist you with all the legal procedures.
