Can I speed up the legal process of getting a divorce in India?

My wife had filed false 498, 125 and DV against me whereas i had applied for divorce on the ground of cruelty. 125 is dismissed on the account of her falsification and intended misusage of lawful procedure. Will this outcome help speed up divorce proceedings and dismiss other cases as well?

Respected Sir, The exclusion of a particular section can have implications for the case filed against you. If a pivotal section, which constituted the foundation of the charges against you, is omitted, it might diminish the prosecution's argument. The effect on the case's dismissal overall hinges on the significance of the excluded section, the remaining evidence, and the court's interpretation.
