Can RTI information be used in court?

Can unexhibited documents (which was not exhibited in the family court) that were obtained through RTI be accepted and taken into account in the high court? And also, if I am satisfied with the decision in my maintenance case, should I go for an appeal or revision? What is the key difference?

As if you are satisfied from  the decision of the lower court then there is no need to go for the appeal or the revision and if you are not satisfied then you can appeal before the higher court or you can go for the revison of the same

thank you
