Can two foreign nationals get married in India?
My girlfriend will come from Bangladesh and I will come from Uk and we wish to get marry in India. We both are Muslim. Is it possible to get a court marriage and marriage certificate from India. Please let me know thank you very much.

Yes. Two foreign nationals can get married in India through Special Marriage Act, 1954. This act applies to every one irrespective of one’s religion , nationality, religion and other grounds.
