wese toh pehla haq child custody ka maa ka hota hai, agar maa bacche ka khyal acche se nahi rakhti hai ya unka posan acche se nhi kar pati hai tou pita ka haq banta hai custody ka demand krne ka, or agar bacche ka rujhan apke orh hai toh aap custody ka demand kr skte ho.
