Criminal case due to failure in paying alimony
My partner asked 50lac to give divorce and after so many talks it got down to 25lac. My condition is really bad and i could only pay 3 lac. Im completely broke. Shes filing false harjis now to get money and get me arrested. Taking revenge on me. What should i do

If you are not capable to pay such huge amount court will not direct you to pay such huge amount, the alimony or maintenacnce can be decided by the court only as per the earning capacity,
