I am indian citizen but living in nz at present. Am going tk apply for divorce here but my only concern is I had the photocopy if my marriage certificate and my husband is holding the original one and he refuse to give me . So can I use the photocopy but how it can be certified without original or is there is any way I can access the marriage document online from india. Got website

Hello,
Inorder to go for the process of divorce you need orignal documents and if your husband is not providing you the certificate then you should get the orignal from the place where you registered your marriage.
