Divorce case
I have filed divorce case against my wife in 2022 Feb, in 2022 May she received the notice, in sep 2022 her lawyer appeared before the court and told that she is in abroad for studies and she is willing to take divorce(petition submitted to court (asked for 3 months time to gain time)), she again is not attending the court nor his counsel, unfortunately, recently my lawyer was admitted to hospital. Question: Can i attend the case directly and tell judge that my lawyer was hospitalized and ask for ex parte divorce (as she is not appearing to the court after agreeing for divorce), can i speak with judge directly as per section 32
