Divorce,DV,Dowry, 125crpc case

It's been four years now i am married. I stayed with my husband for a month only. I have filled above mentioned cases against him but no result. In dv case judge closed the opp.to show income proof , Divorce case judge made him ex party as he did not come from the past two years. Dowry case he got the bail in 20k only. I want divorce and alimony both. Sometimes he chase me through his relatives help or you can say he stocking me. I lost my father 5 months back now i am hand to mouth. I am a patient also. I need money for my survival as well as my treatment but my husband did not bother about me. Can you suggest how will i change my situation
