Divorce in process

I am a Canadian Citizen previously an NRI while my wife is still not an Canadian citizen. I have filed for divorce from my spouse. We have properties and bank funds in India. My wife is dragging and refusing to split the funds in the Indian banks and help sell the properties. Can I get a court order to do this ? Also will my status as an OCI from an NRI affect my ability to sell the properties in any way ?

Hello sir, you can sell your property  as an OCI, The property should be other than agricultral land or plantation land, which your children can inherit but cannot sell, Other than those any other immoveable property can be sold by NRI or OCI in India.
