Hello sir,
If divorce is filed and the wife is with you and any of such act of violenece ocuurs with her she can file for 498A.
If the court had not restrained you from travelling abroad you can travel abroad.
cell phone records, whatsaap chat, messages, travel history etc can be used as evidnce for the adultery.
