I am a Muslim person, I divorced my wife on 17/12/2022, but I don't want to divorce, I was forced, in which my wife is also involved, my wife also said I will not stay here anymore, And my wife and her father's house people are saying that if I don't divorce then they will file any kind of case against me. So I was forced to divorce. But I have court marriage certificate. But I still don't want to leave my wife. I still want my wife back. Now how can I get my wife back sir.

If you don't want to give the divorce, then when you appear before the court convey each and every thing before the honorable judge that you don't want divorce and if their parents are threatning you then file a criminal complaint against that person.
