Does the wife get her husband's pension after his death?
Legal question Indian Hindu; a government employee has two wives. second wife is government employee and first wife is housewife. Second wife who is government employee died and husband enjoying the pension of died wife. Suddenly husband died, the first wife who is house wife will get pension or not?

Sir, as per Hindi marriage act marrying more than one wife is considered illegal. However, pension of the husband belong to his first wife as it is her legal right.
