Domestic violence

Living separately from my husband with my daughter in a rented house since 4 years due to domestic abuse. My husband wants to remarry after he's got paralysed last November and is not earning. He offered me 7 lakhs one time settlement. I'm refusing to divorce him. He has an affair since 3 years. Even after paralysis, he was paying me monthly maintenance of Rs.15,000/- Now he's refusing to pay coz I'm not divorcing and he's angry, citing the reason that he has no money. But as i said, even after paralysis, he was paying me every month. And he just offered me 7 lakhs which i refused. Is there any way to find out all his bank accounts and the balance in all accounts by using his pan number or adhar number? In case he tries to play a victim of paralysis and have no money. I have a daughter to take care of. Please advise.
