Domestic violence and abuse by husband and in laws
I want to know if husband because of small small fights deserted his wife and 5 year old child..what should a wife can do??

If the husband is physically abusing her wife and deserted her and her child and not paying the maintenance to them for their living and needs.
She can complain to nearest police station and women complaint department and also can lodge FIR for domestic violence and for not maintaining the child and wife which is his mere responsibility.
